Scholar Recognition Day offers you the opportunity to meet Luther faculty doing what they do best--sharing their love of learning with others. It's also Luther College's time to recognize you for your achievements. Prospective students who have been awarded Dean's, President's, or Founders Scholarships or Martin Luther Awards will receive an invitation to this event. Parents are also invited and encouraged to attend.

Scholar Recognition Day Schedule

8:45 a.m.	Check-in and refreshments
9:15 a.m.	Opening session
10:00 a.m.	Academic seminars for students*, Alternative activities for parents
12:00 p.m.	Scholars program, research, study abroad, and internships session/student panel
12:50 p.m.	Recognition lunch with Luther faculty, staff, and students
Optional post-lunch:	Campus tours, visits to first-year residence halls, Music scholarship auditions and coach meetings.

If you plan to arrive during the day on Friday, you are welcome to attend a class, music rehearsal, or athletic practice. Music auditions, appointments with faculty members, or meetings with admissions counselors can also be arranged. To schedule activities on Friday, please click here.
