• Please submit this form at least 2 weeks before your visit. Submitting this document does not automatically confirm your group visit
• A member of the Admissions Visit Team will respond to confirm a date and time
• Group visit approval will depend upon school being in session, the availability of our student tour guides, and the volume of other group visit requests

Preparing for your visit

• Luther College requires one adult chaperone for every 10 student visitors
• Admissions will send your contact person a link to an individual registration form for all students to complete prior to the visit. Please forward the link to them
• Visits include 60-75 minute walking tours of campus. Please remind students to dress appropriately, including outerwear and walking shoes
• Please remind students that college classes and activities may be in session. Appropriate student conduct is expected at all times. Unruly or disruptive behavior may result in a shortened visit

During your visit

• Chaperones must accompany your group at all times. Please provide adequate supervision to monitor the group ensuring appropriate behavior while on campus

Cancellation policy

• If you need to cancel your group visit, please provide at least 1 week's notice via email to visitevents@luther.edu
