Organization Visit Request Form

Luther College would love to host your group of high school students! Events are designed for high school juniors and seniors. Your visit may include options such as campus tours, a student panel, college and career planning activities, and more. Our team will be happy to work with you to design a visit for your group.

Please fill out the form below to request a group visit.

• Submit this form at least 2 weeks before your visit. Submitting this document does not automatically confirm your group visit
• A member of the Admissions Visit Team will respond to confirm a date and time
• Group visit approval will depend upon school being in session, the availability of our student tour guides, and the volume of other group visit requests
• If your visit will include lunch in the Luther College cafeteria, please plan for a cost of $5 per diner. The Admissions Visit Team will assist you with payment options

Preparing for your visit

• Luther College requires one adult chaperone for every 10 student visitors
• Visits include 60-75 minute walking tours of campus. Students should dress appropriately, including outerwear and walking shoes
• College classes and activities may be in session. Appropriate student conduct is expected at all times. Unruly or disruptive behavior may result in a shortened visit

During your visit

• Chaperones must accompany your group at all times. Please provide adequate supervision to monitor the group and ensure appropriate behavior while on campus

Cancellation policy

• If you need to cancel your group visit, please provide at least 1 week's notice via email to visitevents@luther.edu

Most organization visits are scheduled for 2-3 hours and involve an admissions presentation, a campus tour, and lunch.
