Organization Visit Request Form

Luther College would love to host your group of high school students!

Events are designed for high school juniors and seniors. Your visit will include a campus tour and Luther information session. Options may include a student panel, college and career planning activities, and more. Our team will be happy to work with you to design a visit for your group.

Please fill out the form below to request a group visit.

Submit this form at least 2 weeks before your visit. Submitting this form does not automatically confirm your group visit
A member of the Admissions Visit Team will respond to confirm your date and time
If your visit will include lunch in the Luther College cafeteria, please plan for a cost of $5 per diner. The Admissions Visit Team will assist you with payment options

Preparing for your visit

Visits include 60-75 minute walking tours of campus. Students should dress appropriately, including outerwear and walking shoes
College classes and activities may be in session. Appropriate student conduct is expected. Chaperones must accompany your group at all times.

Cancellation policy

If you need to cancel your group visit, please provide at least 1 week's notice via email to visitevents@luther.edu
