Organization Visit Request Form

Luther College would love to host your group of high school students!

Events are designed for high school juniors and seniors. Your visit will include a campus tour and Luther information session. Options may include a student panel, college and career planning activities, and more. Our team will be happy to work with you to design a visit for your group.

Please fill out the form below to request a group visit.

• Submit this form at least 2 weeks before your visit. Submitting this form does not automatically confirm your group visit
• A member of the Admissions Visit Team will respond to confirm your date and time
• If your visit will include lunch in the Luther College cafeteria, please plan for a cost of $5 per diner. The Admissions Visit Team will assist you with payment options

Preparing for your visit

• Visits include 60-75 minute walking tours of campus. Students should dress appropriately, including outerwear and walking shoes
• College classes and activities may be in session. Appropriate student conduct is expected. Chaperones must accompany your group at all times.

• If you need to cancel your group visit, please provide at least 1 week's notice via email to visitevents@luther.edu
